Job Description
- Design review and validation for all architecture sub-disciplines.
- Review project documents (design drawings, BOQ, specifications…….)
- Building 3D REVIT models with different Standards.
- Preparing RFI (Request for information), regarding any issue in the design, BOQ and Project specs.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up the shop drawings, QS, and as built drawings.
- Follow up with architectural consultant the design progress from schematic drawing till IFC document.
- Ensure the implementation of the scope of work of different projects or different teams.
- Coordinate with projects’ teams to exchange data and information.
- Cooperate with the managers to develop the internal system and upgrade the team knowledge.
- Lead and setup methodology which achieve the satisfied quality on right time.
- Ensure that each project technical data delivered as required on time.
- Support the development of new features and system requirements.
- Coordinate & follow-up with the technical office of each project.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in real estate company.
- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Proficient with 3D Max is a must - AutoCAD –Photoshop – Microsoft Office – Revit.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and results-focus.
