- Follow up on the projects' implementation and solve technical issues.
- Prepare shop drawings and coordinate with different disciplines for the projects.
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
- Carry out and issue technical/financial reports and proposals.
- Prepare, Review and check works schedules and as-built drawings.
- Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to minimize the prices and coordinate the payment terms and then select the most appropriate.
- Study and prepare requests for information for various projects.
- Follow up Subcontractor's progress.
- Prepare and Review subcontractors' invoices.
- Prepare and Review projects invoices.
- Review design drawings and ensure that there are no conflicts between different departments.
- Follow up with the client to receive the drawings' approval before issuance for construction.
- Prepare and follow up materials submittals and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure that materials are available on-site before starting activities.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure pricing the items on time.
- Prepare BOQ.
- Prepare project’s closing documents (QS, invoices, as built…).
- Track and prepare break downs for variation orders.

- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role (Must).
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field (preferred reputable universities).
- Experience Using Revit, Adop photoshop, MS Office Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
- Previous Experience in Construction Companies Specialized in Fit-Out & Finishing (Must).
- Good understanding for MEP related to the Fit-Out & Finishing works.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Very Good command of English.
