Job Duties
- Implement the sales, marketing, and after-sales processes
- Responsible for new clients’ acquisition, follow up, client relationship, satisfaction & retention
- Responsible for achievement of assigned sales target
- Responsible for the Public Calendar activities
Responsibilities
- Database building, updating, and management
- Prospect new clients and follow up to generate sales opportunities
- Research & list new industries/entities to be approached
- Achieve monthly KPIs of cold calls, meetings & proposals
- Keep track and respond to client requests on company email, business line, and other channels
- Schedule, shadow & conduct client meetings as well as post sales meeting activities
- Update the sales-related templates, calendars, sheets & CRM system
- Consolidate and finalize commercial proposals
- Responsible for the sales department archiving system (e-mails, outlines, proposals, budgets, executions, client history & feedback)
- Support in customized proposals for potential clients with reference to the L&D department.
- Align with the L&D to make sure all client needs are covered in training materials.
- Handle after-sales services including workshops implementation, invoicing, customer feedback, upselling and complaints resolution.
- Keep track of the history of sales-related correspondence.
- Responsible for the sales and public relations campaigns in booths and other outdoor fairs to represent the company as well as to generate sales leads.
- Manage cross-functional activities with the L&D, Client Operations, and Finance departments to provide clients with the highest quality of service.
- Prepare and submit periodical reports as directed.
- Adhere with sales activities SLA’s.
- Responsible for Impact Public Calendar planning, administration, and implementation.
- Achieve Annual and quarter sales Target
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, upselling, retaining old clients and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Proven experience as an Account Relationship Specialist
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and system
- Experience in service sales or customer service is preferred
- Proactive, Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent writing, time management and organization skills
