Job Description
- Work together with the Mall Management team members in an inspiring, supportive, and challenging way to steer the mall towards growth, optimal performance, and sustained long-term profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving customers and guiding inside the store departments.
- Assisting the customer and understanding his needs to help him get what he is looking for.
- Provide accurate information such as product features, prices, and after-sales services.
- Responding to customers regarding products and services.
- Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy.
- Implementation of various promotional offers received from the line manager.
- Supervising the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on shelves.
- Supervising the procedures for the return and replacement of products.
