PIM Senior Specialist

Job Purpose:

This role will support growing product data needs related to retial and e-commerce sales channels initiatives across the globe manage product data and digital assets for the purpose of serving retail and online consumers through varied e-commerce channels.

Job Description:

• Creation, maintenance and management of SKU descriptions and configurations including entry/updating ERP/MRP system
• Collection and validation material information and purchasing and selling costs
• Drive requirements gathering user workshops, document use cases, create user stories and design workflow processes.
• Update necessary data relative to Product Change Notices
• Work closely with brand teams to understand and document Business requirements
• Liaison with Product Development, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, finance, Sales & Planning
• Provide day to day support to business stakeholders for managing product data in the PIM systems
• Understands all the functionality implemented and supports any issues found with product consolidation, enrichment and syndication
• Identify manual processes and suggest/replace them with fully or semi-automated processes
• Design and develop business rules and workflow within enterprise class PIM solution
• Work with Architect and developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Assist QA team with development of functional test plans and facilitate user acceptance process and assist with training documentation and knowledge transfers.
