Job Description
- Provides the customer with our services during the sales process and implement an effective participation in achieving the assigned targets, and supports the day-to-day operations.
- Making calls with our leads and give them all the information they need.
- Acquire, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.
- Determine the client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Support Customer Service, work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service.
- Ensuring integrity & accuracy in all pricing matters.
- Establish & maintain a strong working relationship with customers
