Job Description

  • Assists in the preparation of the executive’s agenda for committees, makes recommendations concerning the content of the agenda to ensure continuity and efficiency at the meetings and ensures that documentation is available and distributed for each meeting. 
  • Following the executive’s meeting, drafts the minutes and follows up on outstanding items board meetings, conferences etc..
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes (University Council - Faculty Council.... and any other meetings)
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Contributes to managing information of the unit by serving as the SharePoint site administrator.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent level of English Language.
  • Very Good Communication Skills.
  • Very Good Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
