Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Screening Image QA Service Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Customer Service and possess a keen eye for detail. As an Image QA Service Support member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of images and related content.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, administer, and support monitoring solutions as well as other ad hoc software tools used in the monitoring of services, databases, networks, servers, and applications within the environment.
- Maintain health of the monitoring environment; ensuring that the monitoring solutions are kept up-to-date
- Participate in the provisioning phase to ensure that the implementations of new systems and services are properly monitored after deployment.
- Provide relevant teams with the necessary documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with monitoring standards.
- Provide weekly client and internal reports.
- Participate in the analysis of data within the monitoring system, as requested
Job Requirements
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
- The shift will be either a night shift or an over-night shift
- Fluent English is a must.
