Job Description
- Develop, direct, and manage the Human Resources Department
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company
- Manage HR Projects
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR functions throughout human resource management (labor law, social insurance, salary tax, forms 2 & 6, other)
- Monitor payroll process as required by the legislation and the company’s policy
- Monitor personnel administration processes as required by the company’s policies (e.g. company cars, company mobiles, travel & expense policy, other)
- Monitor compensation and benefits processes
- Manage personnel recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, selection, job offer, employment agreement, hiring, onboarding)
- Prepare the annual HR Budget
- Identify training and development needs and create relevant training plans
- Monitor and handle the renewal of the company documents on a timely basis
- Review and monitor employment contracts as well as vendors and customers contracts in cooperation with the company’s legal firm
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Support the resolution of employees’ issues and disputes
- Regular monthly visits at the company’s plant in Sadat City.
- Promote a professional, positive, and supportive work environment through close engagement and interaction with all employees across the site
Job Requirements

- HR Diploma is Must
- Minimum 8 years of exp.
