Job Description

Job SspecificR responsibilities:

Stationery and Office Supplies

  • Receive stationary requests from all company’s departments.
  • Communicate with purchasing department to facilitate buying new stationary or office supplies.
  • Follow-up Newspapers and Magazines’ subscriptions.


  • Communicate with Purchasing department to facilitate buying catering supplies (F&B).
  • Supervise catering staff on daily basis.


  • Receive shipping requests from the concerned departments. (ex. Transfer devices or machines according to business needs).
  • Communicate with shipping agencies.


  • Reserve hotels for employees, according to business needs.


  • Manage the reservation of the garage and parking slots.
  • Receive top executives’ requests regarding transportation.
  • Provide drivers with the updated transportation schedule and follows-up its implementation.
  • Receive employees’ requests regarding internal transportation.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
