Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules and plans using planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure realistic and achievable plans.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management review.
• Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide resource loading and cost phasing as needed for project execution and financial planning.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies in scheduling and planning.
• Liaise with the projects execution department to follow up the projects progress ratio.
• Follow up the business performance and productivity and figure out any deviation from targets and production plans.
• Follow up the overhauling and maintenance activities.
• Follow up the power plants consumables.
• Set the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Planning & Follow up team.
• Approve and participate in preparing the Planning & Follow up department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Approve the time schedule extension or adjustment based on operation circumstances.
• Advise the management proactively of any possible delays or budget variation.
• Review & Approve the subcontractors invoices.
• Lead the follow up and coordination process with Finance department regarding the subcontractors payment history.
