Job Description
- Kind, patient and loving as most of the time spent working with young children
- Effective communicator as you will be interacting with parents and children on daily basis
- Must have the knowledge of CPR, first aid and other routine emergency treatments
- Readily available at any moment to listen to parents’ comments and feedback and keeping them informed on new developments
- Monitoring the facility ensuring it is safe and a healthy place for children
- Making sure all children have proper paperwork (allergies, details of any medical condition)
- Must proactively assist with enrolling new families , retaining existing accounts and continued development of innovative, hands on procedures
- Must demonstrate powerful leadership that motivates , fosters trust , collaboration, transparency and accountability
- Handle Scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
- Train and advise staff
- have a hand in the creation of the nursery curriculum
- implement actions that improve the school and the quality of education
- help shape and uphold the vision of the school
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English/Arabic.
- Experience as an Educator/Teacher is a must
- Ability to use computers (Microsoft office and education management system)
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy and responsible

- Monitoring staff members to ensure they are accurately performing assigned duties and responsibilities
