Provide immediate first level support; Whether via phone or emails including to problem resolution for software.

Orientation for newcomers whether students or instructors

Documentation and handling the software issues and resolutions.

Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or external consultant.

Routine software procedures according to agreed plans.

Creative, Organized, and high ability to manage time.

BC. S in Computer Science or a related discipline

Familiar with applications and software

Excellent communication skills specially (Presentation - Good communicator)

Multitasking

Excellent user of MS office applications

Knowledge in (LMS, Google workspace)

Work under pressure

Basically, He works in the workplace and and ability to work online.

Excellent command of English both written and spoken is a must.

Good in writing and responding to emails.
