Job Description

  • Develop strategic objectives, operational plans, budgets, and resources of the Human Resources Department.
  • Develop appropriate policies and procedures for human resource management functions to maintain work efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Informing management personnel of all principles and procedures of human resource management and ensuring their understanding and application.
  • Supervising human resource planning processes and determining the human resource needs of departments and regional offices.
  • Ensure the availability of accurate and updated job description cards for all Dar Al-Youm jobs.
  • Ensuring the optimal design of the compensation and benefits system to ensure internal justice among the group's functions and achieve the level of competitiveness required to attract and retain talented people.
  • Supervising recruitment and appointment processes and practices, and coordinating with regional departments and offices for the purposes of determining recruitment requirements and qualifications for jobs, and ensuring that all concerned parties apply the relevant systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the selection of the right person for the right job at the right time.
  • Follow up the process of implementing the performance management system and support all direct managers in the group in order to ensure their ability to complete all procedures and forms accurately and professionally, in addition to preparing the results of annual performance evaluations and managing subsequent processes such as approach, grievances, and complaints, ensuring their implementation according to the specified schedule and making recommendations for material and moral rewards.
  • Determining the training and development needs of the group's employees in coordination with the various departments and regional offices and preparing preparation plans
  • Leaders, annual training plans for employees, and implementation of training and development activities in coordination with the managers of the various organizational units.
  • Coordination with organizational units in order to implement the process of receiving new employees and the process of familiarizing them with their tasks, duties, and internal work systems, as well as introducing them to co-workers and the group's public facilities.
  • Overseeing personnel management processes, including vacations, promotions, retirement, bonuses, allowances, penalties, and grievances.
  • Complaints and termination of services in addition to services related to medical insurance, salary disbursement, travel arrangements, and others.
  • Monitor the implementation of employee requests (contract renewals, attendance, vacations, overtime hours, etc..) to ensure their alignment with human resources policies and procedures.
  • Supervising the follow-up of manpower recruitment procedures with the competent authorities, travel, and completion of recruitment and contracting procedures.
  • To supervise and follow up the implementation of the legal procedures against foreign workers, including obtaining work permits, residence permits, and travel visas
  • Providing consultations through committee membership or attending meetings in everything related to the preparation, application, or coordination of human resources systems and procedures in accordance with emergency instructions or approved fixed programs.
  • Working on designing an effective and accurate system for the files of the group’s employees and working to manage and update it on an ongoing basis to ensure the workflow of the department.
  • Coordinating and communicating with department managers to facilitate the implementation of new human resources initiatives.
  • Suggest solutions to problems and obstacles in the organization and the current work method and submit them to the CEO for discussion and development.
  • Preparing periodic and non-periodic reports on the progress of work in the human resources activity and submitting them to the concerned authorities.
  • Exercising the financial, administrative, and technical powers authorized within the list of powers and the approved internal and financial regulations.
  • Carry out any other assignment or tasks related to the job under the direction of the CEO
