Job Description

  • Responsible for and ensure that all operation activities and programs are implemented according to company strategy in order to support achievement of business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures of reporting departments to ensure it meet with the business needs and clients’ requirements.
  • Set and lead the development of budget preparation of operation sector to be based on operation strategy and priorities, and ensure that all activities over the year are implemented with approved budget in order to ensure optimization of company resources.
  • Planning and delivering operation sector strategies across the company to enhance customer loyalty, focus and retention.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate Managers of sub departments to ensure company strategy is implemented effectively and according to established guidelines.
  • Oversee Staff recruitment, appraisals, training staff.
  • Oversee regular reports are produced timely with accuracy to support top management ensure decision making and compliance with regulations.
  • Managing feasibility studies for new projects, research market trends, and business opportunities and compile information for the Management.
  • Communicate with and coordination of the consultant team, including land planners, engineers, architects, utility companies and other third-party consultants, as well as the construction team.
  • Overseeing all aspects of building design, architectural drawings in coordination with Design Team and works with regularity authorities to ensure construction licenses for any real estate development project in a timely manner and supervisor project until handing over.
  • Facilitating management in the acquisition of land including negotiations, market research and completing other formalities of regularity authorities.
     

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive affordable housing development experience.
• Education: Master’s Degree in business administration, public administration, community development or other related field is preferred.
• Sensitivity to the needs and concerns of low-income individuals.
• Appreciation of and commitment to the mission & vision of CEDC.
