Job Description
• Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
• Lead, direct, manage your team to achieve their quietly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for individuals and team performance improvement, follow an improvement progress and bridge the gap.
• Lead & supervise real estate sales team, stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
• Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals and development plans for the agent to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
• Create sales and overall performance reports to be sent to the sales manager.
• Support and assist team members in knowledge (meetings, follow- up calls, lead generation.
• Responsible for overall sales team performance and continuous improvement.
• Reviewing the daily follow-ups with clients on the CRM.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ability to analyze and interpret real estate market trends and statistics.
• A strong network of potential buyers and sellers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate as a team leader.
- Bachelor degree.
- General knowledge of the market and various districts.
- Professional attitude & very good communication skills.
- Very good English.
- Strong written and verbal in English.
- Owning a car is a must.
