Job Description
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- providing detailed information and answering questions about properties.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately based on market conditions and comparable sales.
- Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients

- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize marketing strategies such as online listings, social media, and print advertising to promote properties and attract buyers.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
