Job Responsibilities:

 

  • MANAGE ACCOUNTS OF ALL SIZES BY REPRESENTING YOUR TEAM EXTERNALLY WITH CLIENTS AND INTERNALLY BY WORKING WITH DIRECT REPORTS.
  • HANDLE INQUIRIES AND REQUESTS FROM CUSTOMERS AND ADDRESS THEIR NEEDS.
  • STAY ON TOP OF ACCOUNTS, ENSURING THEY RECEIVE SERVICES WITHIN THEIR BUDGET AND MEET THEIR NEEDS.
  • MANAGE CLIENT INPUT AND FEEDBACK FOR ALL PROJECTS WITH DETAILED DIRECTIONS AND TIMELINES.
  • MANAGE DAY-TO-DAY CLIENT COMMUNICATION AND ONGOING RELATIONSHIPS AS THEY RELATE TO CURRENT, NEW, AND UPCOMING PROJECTS.
  • COORDINATE ALL PUBLIC RELATIONS ACTIVITIES.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG, LONG-LASTING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.
  • PREPARE REPORTS ON ACCOUNT STATUS.
  • GENERATE QUALIFIED LEADS MONTHLY.
  • AS NECESSARY, VISIT CLIENTS, AND ATTEND TRADE SHOWS AND OTHER INDUSTRY EVENTS TO CAPITALIZE ON NETWORKING AND RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES.
