Job Description
- Reporting to CEO and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff and report back what has been completed of the instructions of the Chairman
- Evaluate and manage staff performance, Recruit and select office staff
- Design and implement filing systems
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal departments, and making travel arrangements.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Follow up the work and tasks that have been assigned by Chairman
- Coordination of meetings, appointments and the work agenda between the Chairman and departments heads and staff
- Preparing reports on the emails received
- Supervising all the work of the office of the Chairman
- Maintaining the confidentiality of the information contained in the files and records you use
- Supervising the printing and auditing of all correspondences related to the Chairman
- Supervising the coordination and follow-up of preparation For the meetings that should be attended by the Chairman
- Ensure that all materials and supplies for the work of the Chairman are available in the quantities necessary to conduct the work as required.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible working hours
- Work Location: Borg ElArab , Alexandria.
- Working hours: 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management or any related field.
- Males are preferred
- Strong analytical skills with excellent ability to work with NUMBERS
- Effective oral and written communication in both English and Arabic
- knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Teamwork Skills
