Job Description

  • Collaborates with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (e.g.: department heads, Operational Managers etc.) for the purpose of serving as a liaison and resource in identifying recruitment needs and hiring requests.
  • Ensures database is maintained with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications and documents; ensures all communication with candidate is documented.
  • Follows and executes the HR operation functions such as recruitment and selection, manpower planning and headhunting.
  • Spearheads campaigns and sourcing initiative for effective candidate pooling, besides building up the department database through Social Media channels such as Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, and Olx Conducts interviews and recommends candidates to meet HR Manager as an essential part of the recruitment cycle.
  • Handles the screening process and decides upon the applicants who match the recruitment needs and directs them through the recruitment process/cycle.
  • Ensures that the day- to- day applicants are going through the right recruitment cycle from sitting for the Psychometric assessment till receiving all the approval credentials needed for hiring the candidate, besides providing brief orientation to the incumbent about the company terms of contract and credentials required to be hired
  • Manages, monitors and follows through the completion of the 3 months performance review forms for each and every newly hired member to decide on his/ her status.
  • Oversees a variety of manuals, SOPs’ related documents and electronic files and/or records (e.g. 3 month reviews, Interview evaluation sheets, CVs, placement related documents, candidate records, hiring requests and manpower plans, required reports, HR Letter, recruitment adverts, etc.)
  • Ensures effective and desirable performance enhancement through monitoring training and development efforts.

Job Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline 
  • Retail background and mass hiring is a must.
  • Advanced skills in using Microsoft office; Word, and Excel
