Job Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process,
coordinating all production activities, and ensuring that the production targets are met
efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production
management, particularly in the chemical or sealant manufacturing industry, and will possess
strong leadership and organizational skills.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage the production operations of the silicone sealant factory.
-Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
-Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage and supervise production staff, providing training and development as needed.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
-Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, maintenance, and quality
control, to ensure smooth operations.
-Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for senior
management.
-Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production
performance.
