The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on daily fabrication activities and ensure the efficient utilization of equipment and assets.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor all stages of the trailer production line.
• Guarantee adherence to industry codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address their technical needs and requirements.
• Oversee quality control throughout the production line, including budgets, schedules, and team performance.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with managers to provide technical support.
• Review deliverables and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Control production processes and facilities.
• Develop material handling and manipulation requirements to streamline fabrication and delivery to production.
• Generate daily reports detailing production processes.
• Maintain records of quality issues, rework, and rejection rates for the evaluation and redesign of production methods.
