Organize and maintain files, ensuring proper documentation of health and safety records.
Develop and continuously update the emergency plan.
Supervise and monitor the delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE) to workers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Provide comprehensive safety training to both new and existing employees.
Ensure the implementation of safety protocols during periodic and monthly administrative inspections.
Oversee evacuation procedures and emergency response operations, ensuring adherence to the company’s evacuation plan as outlined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Monitor the safe storage of the company’s products.
Ensure the safe disposal of hazardous waste.
Implement and oversee periodic medical examinations for employees in accordance with health insurance requirements.
Monitor contractors' activities and ensure compliance with work permits and safety regulations.
Provide administrative support to the department manager in planning and organizational tasks.
Process purchase orders for safety-related equipment and materials.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols within the factory and supervise workers to maintain a safe working environment.

Bachelor’s degree in science, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA certifications, or equivalent) are preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health, safety, and environment role, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position.
Experience in developing and implementing safety programs, inspections, and training.
Familiarity with OSHA standards, emergency response procedures, and environmental regulations.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
Ability to perform safety audits, inspections, and assessments.
Strong communication skills for delivering safety training and interacting with staff and contractors.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Hazardous materials handling certification would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate teams.
Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
