Job Description

Ship to Box is a fast-growing software development and high-technology company headquartered. We are featured on CNN, Yahoo Finance, Fox TV News, and the New York Times. Our platforms include FinTech (financial technology), e-commerce, shopping, shipping, and traveling. 

We are looking for Customer Service and Operations Specialists who are fluent in English, proficient in Excel, hard-working, business-oriented mindset, and cross-department communication so that together we can drive sales revenue as the top line, minimize any financial loss, or reduce expenses by continuing operational efficiency and system automation. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with good communication skills, strong learning ability, and some financial and accounting background. Be a team player for daily operations. Able to be flexible on the day or night shift. 

The location of this position is the Egypt Office at Avenue 22 near to 26th of July Corridor between Arkan Plaza and Hyper One, Sheikh Zayed City

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed, including sales, marketing, and finance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or operations roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Professional English is a must.
  • ability to work night and overnight shifts
