Joya Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO and paid media for clients across North America and Europe. We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team, manage marketing operations, and contribute to our brand’s growth.

This is not an entry-level role - we need a highly skilled, proactive marketing professional with at least two years of experience who can manage tasks independently, optimize workflows, and use AI-powered tools for content creation.

This is an on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, with working hours from  3 PM to 11 PM Cairo time (Monday to Friday).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the SEO & Paid Media Teams: Assist in implementing marketing strategies and optimizing campaigns.
• Client Communications: Ensure that weekly reports are sent to clients, follow up on any missing updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across Joya Digital’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Website Updates: Regularly update the company website with new blog posts, case studies, and service offerings.
• Portfolio Management: Work with freelance designers to update the company’s portfolio with the latest client projects and achievements.
• Content Creation & Video Editing: Assist the founder with content shoots, edit videos using AI tools, and prepare high-quality content for social media and the website.
• Freelancer Coordination: Manage external freelancers (designers, video editors, content writers) to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
• Event Coordination: Help organize industry events, team meetings, and marketing workshops.
• Podcast & Webinar Support: Assist in planning, hosting, and promoting podcasts and webinars to enhance Joya Digital’s brand presence.
• Marketing Research: Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors, and suggest new marketing opportunities.
• General Administrative Support: Manage marketing schedules, documentation, and ensure smooth internal communication.
