Job Description
- Prepare and manage sales quotations for full equipment, focusing on blowers and compressors.
- Analyze customer requirements and select the appropriate Company’s equipment solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing and technical specifications.
- Work closely with internal departments (engineering, finance, and logistics) to finalize quotations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure that all quotations comply with company policies, technical standards, and regulatory compliance rules.
- Maintain records of quotations and track progress within the sales pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Strong technical background in mechanical engineering to understand blowers and compressors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and quotation preparation tools (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple quotations efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred.
