Job Description
- Manage and deliver ERP system and business applications
- Identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions and applications.
- Influence department heads to achieve desired results and finalize implementations and go live procedures.
- Lead team and departmental projects and business solutions.
- Implement and manage integrated IT solutions
- Manage operational policies, standards, and procedures.
- Review allocation of resources across different business activities.
- Design and implement systems integrations.
- Review different aspects of project management based on priorities and needs.
- Develop and interpret departmental objectives and strategies based on goals, policies, and procedures.
- Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other systems related workers.
- Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and apply improvements.
- Consult with users, management, and technicians to assess systems needs and system requirements.
- Prepare organization data analysis, workflows prior to their implementation.
- Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports.
- Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.
- Manage backup, security and user help systems.
- Implement HSE policies and regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up the work and solve problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering or equivalent Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Solutions Implementations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O experience
