Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth in key markets globally.
  • Responsible of all sales and commercial activities for all Tafaseel group holding across the world now (KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Egypt). more countries to be added soon. 
  • Achieve global sales targets and manage entire sales teams globally physically and remotely and should be welling to travel
  • Lead and manage the global business development team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders to enhance the company's market presence and competitive advantage.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring timely and successful deal execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and legal, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive long-term value and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present regular business performance reports, sales forecasts, and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Starting 2024 we've decided to remove bachelor degrees from all of our non-technical jobs, we believe skills and expertise are what really matter 
  • Proven track record of 5-10 years of successful business development experience in the BPO industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends and client feedback to drive business strategies.
  • Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue goals and driving business growth.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
