Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Tender Engineer - Civil at Brilliant Engineering Company located in 6th of October. The Sr. Tender Engineer will be responsible for civil engineering will be as follows:

Oversee the full lifecycle of tender preparation, from opportunity identification to final submission.

Analyze project specifications and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates.

Lead tender strategy meetings and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams.

Review and assess contract terms, risks, and compliance with company policies.

Ensure accurate quantity take-offs, pricing, and technical documentation for bids.

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.

Manage the preparation and submission of pre-qualification documents.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and material price fluctuations to optimize tender strategies.

Ensure all tender submissions meet legal, financial, and quality standards.

Lead negotiations with clients and stakeholders to clarify project scope and pricing.

Support project handover to the execution team upon successful tender award.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and vendors.

Ensure the tendering team meets deadlines while maintaining accuracy and completeness.

Provide insights on cost-saving opportunities and alternative construction methods.
