Oversee civil construction projects from conception to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate all project activities, including site preparation, construction, and commissioning.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Proven experience in project management, particularly in civil construction projects.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards relevant to civil construction.
Ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
Experience conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
PMP certification or similar project management certification is desirable.
