Job Description
- Record the data on ACI application
- Manage and follow up the performance of entire fleet
- Dealing with shipping lines and the customs clearance
- Handle the booking of Air/Sea shipment with forwarders for export shipments.
- Follow up with suppliers and customers
- Ensure each delivery has been carried out in accordance to customers' requirements within the company's guidelines
- Maintain high work volume with low errors.
- Meeting client requirements in terms of data input, and general customer service inquiries related to tracking & tracing.
- Daily report to management and solve issues of import and export shipments
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Freight Forwarding is a MUST
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and PC skills.
- Ability to work after working hours when needed.
- Willingness and flexibility to learn and work with developments in I.T. operations systems and applications.
- Performing other duties as assigned .
- Ability to back up other colleagues in their absence.
