Job Description
- Receiving and issuing calls to customers on the company's numbers, providing the information that the customer needs.
- Coordinating requests for delivery of products with the e-sales department.
- Follow up on social media platforms (Egypt-Dubai) to respond to messages or comments on the company's accounts publications.
- Update publications on social media platforms in coordination with the e-marketing official.
- Directing customers to the sales department concerned with the type of customer.
Job Requirements
- FMI Graduates are preferred.
- Excellent English language.
