Senior Telecommunication Installation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools.
• Strong knowledge of mega projects cycle and projects deliverables.
• Deliver and maintain of Installation plans, procedures, Work Method Statements, in compliance with standard processes and products specifications
• Support the management of the Work Package of Installation for all Communications systems.
• Manage the Installation Works for Communication equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities.
• Manage Sub-contractors, including monitoring of quality and delivery through site visits for all project WON & EON, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments
• Manage the interfaces with Third Parties such as Consultant, Client representative NAT, Civil Work partners, etc…
• Coordinate the Installation Engineering teams with other systems for the scope assigned
• Ensure continuous Installation performance improvement within the Project
• Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line
• Participate to Process improvement workgroup when requested, propose update/improvement of the Installation and T&C way of working, process, tools.
• Ensure compliance to EHS (Zero deviation) through, site inspections, people assessment etc.
• Fluency in English language is mandatory.
• Solid experience in construction and installation techniques.
