Job Description
Visa Agent is required for Hojuzat project for Travel and Tourism (a sister company with Bevatel)
- Responsible for executing the application, reserving appointments and making the insurance procedures.
- Needs to oversee all the aspects involved in processing a visa and immigration service and also has to ensure that these processes run smoothly.
- Ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate.
- Carry out the responsibility of checking all the legal documents of the client and informing them in case of any discrepancy in any of the documents.
- Prepare fee quotes.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of solid Experience in executing the process of the Schengen visa.
- Bachelor's degree
- Accurate, punctual and details-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good up to excellent English level.
