Job Description
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy from materials to finished products released ready for sales.
- Participate in new product selection and evaluation.
- Assist in all regulatory issues related to supply chain.
- Assist in developing company international business strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Regulatory & Administration.
- Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
- Manage purchasing cycle.
- Responsible of inventory control.
- Suggest solutions for process improvements.
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Work with finance, sales, and regulatory team to determine best vendors and distributors
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors & manufacturers.
- Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
- Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback.
- Develop, implement & Update procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers & keep all Venders / Manufacturers records.
- Analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success.
- Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
- Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
- Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products.
- Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
Job Requirements
- Previous working experience in Supply Chain or similar position for 3-5 years.
- Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as ODOO, SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.)
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
