Job Description

Job Responsibilities & duties :

  • • Schedule , manage the maintain the CEO’S agenda and assist in planning appointments meeting , organizing travel arrangements .
  • • Filter general information , inquiries , phone calls, invitation to the CEO by forwarding this contact as appropriate .
  • • Conduct regular daily meetings with the CEO to discuss .
  • • Handle confidential documents .
  • • Handle all outgoing , incoming correspondence , prioritize them ( Email, Message ) .
  • • Manage access to the CEO , Prioritizing , appointments , communication to maximize the CEO time .
  • • Assist the CEO in tasks delegation , follow up to ensure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely , efficient manner .
  • • Preparing reports , conducting research .
  • • Assistant with presentation preparation .
  • • Managing office operation , administrative tasks .
  • • Managing CEO’S schedule , tasks , coordinating meetings .
  • • Ensure prompt issue resolution .
  • • Organizing files , meet , greet the CEO guests .

 

Job Requirements

 

• Experience as CEO personal assistance or operation  marketing & software company any relative administrative role .

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

Must Proficiency Word press , other relevant software

• Professional appearance

• Excellent English level

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent Administrative skills

• Excellent time management skills & public relation

• Strong organizational . multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication skills , organization skills , problem solving skills , negotiation skills

• Familiarity with basic search methods , reporting techniques , integrity , confidentiality

• Proficiency MS office user ( Word – Excel – Power point – Outlook )
