Job Description

 

  • Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate individuals, and take messages.
  • Differentiate between urgent and less important communication.
  • Manage memos, notes, and written communications within the organization.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure schedules are up-to-date and well-organized.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation.
  • Create a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Assist with client inquiries.
  • Assist in recording financial transactions and maintaining records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel logistics.
  • Support senior staff in various projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with external partners and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • University Degree is a must.
  • Lives in New Cairo, Nasr City, or Heliopolis
  • Age between 25-40
