Job Description
- Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate individuals, and take messages.
- Differentiate between urgent and less important communication.

- Maintain an efficient filing system.

- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.

Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- University Degree is a must.
