Job Description
We're seeking talented and motivated Technical Operation engineers to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment, operation, and monitoring of complex technical systems.
- Oversee backup activities for critical components and databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Drive installation activities, including components, libraries, agents, and resolving compatibility issues.
- Provide expert-like-level support, including on-call availability for escalated issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Rapidly diagnose and troubleshoot server and network issues, implementing effective solutions.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux operating systems, including Redhat, Centos, and Rocky distributions.
- Proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with database administration, particularly with Oracle PL/SQL and Postgresql.
- Expertise in web architectures and services such as HTTP, JSON, XML, etc.
- Advanced understanding of Apache platforms like HTTP Server and Tomcat.
- Extensive experience with continuous integration and deployment tools like GIT and Maven.
- Strong grasp of networking concepts, network troubleshooting, and OS routing tables.
- Proven experience with SSL certificates and troubleshooting SSL handshake issues.
