Administrative Officer – Energy Sector (M/F/D)

For our team in Cairo, we are looking for colleagues who are proactive, committed, and eager to work with friendly, motivated teammates to make a difference. Your Responsibilities:

  • You will maintain communication with our customers and electricity providers, ensuring efficient and excellent communication across all channels (email & outbound phone calls).
  • You will use proprietary PC software designed specifically for servicing energy customers to respond to inquiries quickly and effectively (e.g., checking and booking invoices, handling general inquiries, etc.).
  • You will support our customer advisors with administrative tasks and serve as a competent contact person within the team.

Job Requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • A commercial or accounting background is desirable.
  • Ideally, previous experience in the energy supply sector in Germany.
  • Ideally, you have experience in customer service / Customer Relationship Management.
  • You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • You are quality- and solution-oriented and enjoy working independently.
