Job Description
- Preparing recruitment Materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, Social media and job board
- Screening candidates resumes reasons and job application
- Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates with scheduled deadline
- Recording and monitoring employees time attendance
- Evaluation Employees performances ( Monthly - Quarterly- Annually)
- Addressing and applying company policy for all relevant issues to HR position
- Good knowledge to everything related to social insurance rules
Job Requirements
- 3 to 6 Years at least in the same position
- Excellent English commands (Verbal & Written)
- Excellent user of Microsoft office (Excel & Word)
- Ability to handle multi tasks - Capable of dealing with different cultures and personalities
