Job Description
We are a marketing research and consulting company, seeking a Virtual Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our busy directors. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and motivated self-starter who can work independently, is tech-savvy and has exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage email, calendar and scheduling.
Coordinate meetings and conference calls.
Research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Manage and update social media and website content.
Arrange travel and accommodation.
Provide general administrative support.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a virtual personal assistant or relevant administrative experience.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both ARABIC & ENGLISH.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software and technologies.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Social Science, Mass Communication or similar.
