We’re a top computer hardware company on the lookout for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team! You’ll be in charge of managing our accounts like Amazon, Jumia, and Noon.
keeping our products front and center, adjusting prices, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Product Listings: Add new products, keep listings fresh and accurate, and make sure our products shine on Amazon, Jumia, and Noon.
- Price Adjustments: Stay on top of competitor pricing and adjust ours to keep us competitive and profitable.
- Account Management: Watch over our accounts, handle any issues that pop up, and make sure we’re following each platform’s rules.
- Order & Payment Tracking: Keep tabs on orders and make sure payments are processed and received without a hitch.
- Team Collaboration: Work with our inventory and marketing teams to make sure we’re stocked up and ready to sell.
Job Requirements
- Experience in E-Commerce Account Management: Experience with platforms like Amazon, Jumia, and Noon etc..
- Strong Knowledge of Computer Hardware Components: Including processors, memory, graphics cards, and other hardware components.
- Proficiency in Pricing Strategies and Data Analysis: Ability to read and analyze market trends to adjust prices competitively.
- Excellent Organizational Skills and Problem-Solving Abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis Tools.
- Ability to Work Independently with Initiative and Excellent Communication Skills.
