Job Description
• Implementing executive plans and programs for procurement management
• Implementing purchase orders received by him, as well as all work orders within the limits of his work
• Proposing improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve the work performance of his department
• Implementing all tasks required by the Procurement Manager and Procurement Coordinator within the limits of work in the Procurement Department
• Submit a weekly report to the purchasing manager to indicate what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, along with an explanation of the reason
• All of the above must be done in accordance with the official procedure approved by the Purchasing Department
Job Requirements
Implementing purchase orders for any raw materials, production requirements, maintenance and operation requirements, as well as various requirements for the company’s management with the required specifications, on time and at the best prices, and implementing all instructions related to work orders uploaded by the purchasing manager.
A university qualification certificate is preferred
Driving License is a must
It is preferred that the residence be close to the Fifth Settlement
Age Less than 40 years
