Remote Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing remote teams in different time zones and monitoring their output using tools such as Slack, Google Meet, and Notion.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and spoken English skills, including a good understanding of grammar and tone. You should be able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, and have excellent organizational skills. You should also have experience with people management and strong HR skills, and be able to handle a high volume of emails and messages.

Experience working with marketing creative teams and software developer teams is a plus.

As the Remote Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Conducting daily stand-up meetings with the team to discuss progress and any issues or concerns
• Reviewing team output and work to ensure that it meets project requirements and deadlines
• Getting involved in topic matter and providing guidance and support to team members as needed
• Ensuring that time sheets are accurately and consistently maintained for all team members
• Collecting daily updates from all team members and consolidating them into a report for the CEO
• Reporting team performance to the CEO on a regular basis, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
• Coordinating with other stakeholders, including clients and team members from other departments, to ensure that project needs are met
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of project plans and budgets
