Job Description
- Prepare the annual export plan to achieve the company's sales goals and coordinate it with the production department. Provide that the plan includes effective scheduling of shipping for each customer according to his needs and on time.
- Participate in setting product prices and comply with the financial policy.
- Follow up on the person responsible for finding more than one shipping source to cover the agents' needs in a timely manner.
- Establish a good and distinguished relationship with customers and work on solving their inquiries.
- Track the movement of products and competition in foreign markets through agents and field visits.
- Supervise employees in the export department, evaluating their performance, motivating them, ensuring the proper progress of work and overcoming any obstacles that may arise,
- Set the manpower plan regarding the employees and training need to develop them on regular basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 7 years of experience in the Export sales field.
- Good Negotiation skills.
- Familiar with rules and regulations for export internally and externally.
