Job Description

salary Regulations: Creating all wage-related regulations on the system to ensure their implementation and to enforce control over wages.

Statement of Adjustments: Compiling all adjustments into a unified statement for all employees within the company and uploading it to the system to convert it into values. This includes comparing the submitted statement with the system-generated one to ensure that all salary components are calculated correctly.

Tax and Advances: Ensuring that taxes and employee loan installments are recorded and calculated accurately on the system, verifying their compliance with the approved policy, and reviewing them to ensure employees pay what they owe, thereby safeguarding the company's funds.

Review: Reviewing the calculation of all employee entitlements (salaries, bonuses, incentives, etc.) to protect both the employee's and the company's rights.

Surveys: Participating in conducting studies related to salaries, work systems, and work schedules to improve wage systems.

Data Presentation and Analysis: Participating in the analysis of salaries, wages, allowances, bonuses, overtime, and deductions to provide information that aids in decision-making.

Payroll Files: Preparing monthly payroll files on the company's system and extracting them for review to ensure data accuracy and correctness.

Payroll Statement: Printing/extracting payroll statements and distributing/sending them to employees while ensuring the confidentiality of information.

Termination Procedures: Completing end-of-service procedures, including settling dues and clearance, to protect both the employee's and the company's rights.

Salary Breakdown: Preparing and printing internal or external letters related to salary breakdowns to ensure the accuracy and correctness of data in various letters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in the payroll compensation
