Job Description
- Prepare and follow-up technical queries with the Client/Consultants.
- Participate in resolving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
- Commitment to the project schedule
- Designing the project's shop drawings and approving them before the implementation.
- Preparing all necessary shop drawings to executing the work on site and out site.
- Re-develop the shop drawings in according to changes that introduced by technical supervision.
- Preparing the final drawings to present it to the client.
- Coordinate with other occupations to solve any conflict (civil, mech., electrical).
- Proven experience in shop drawing preparation and coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural standards, codes, and regulations
- Ability to interpret and implement design concepts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture with 4 - 6 years of experience.
- Professional in AutoCAD is a must .
- Professional in Revit is bonus .
- Have a good eye for details.
- good problem-solving skills.
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to communicate with colleagues.
