Job Description
- Responsible for setting the project’s time plan (most appropriate method and sequence of activities
- Participate in studying project's contract and its attachments and analyze technical drawings to provide material estimates, determine specifications and develop time schedules.
- · Create the activities milestones as per the Method of Statement in coordination with Project Management to generate the accurate time schedule using Primavera.
- · Anticipate and plan workload, labor, equipment and cash flow according to the project budget using the Bell Curve model.
- · In case of receiving the detailed Quantity Survey, populate the time schedule with the resources needed for execution according to the project activities budget, after the time schedule has been approved and anticipate demands for labor, material, equipment, and cash flow.
- · Regular monitoring and tracking of project overall progress, based on progress reports approved by project manager, that show the actual executed volume of work in the project's time schedule & conclude the following:
- - The value of actual work executed & the planned work according to the schedule.
- - The actual percentage of executed work compared to planned schedule, which determines projects' incentives.
- - Percentage of project’s progress or delay compared to time schedule.
- - Duration of project’s progress or delay compared to time schedule.
- · Commit to the planned training and work on delivering the information to the team.
- · Implement HSE policies and regulations.
