Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo for a Team Leader Finishing Engineer at PlanSee. The Team Leader Finishing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day finishing engineering tasks, ensuring quality control of finishing materials, managing a team of finishing engineers, and coordinating with other departments for project completion.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and schedules.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of finishing/site engineers across multiple projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, procurement, and project management teams to ensure smooth site operations.
Make sure that all work meets the company's quality and safety standards.
Review and finalize scope items, ensuring all project deliverables are completed to specification.
Handle on-site technical issues and develop timely solutions.
Track site progress, report milestones, and manage manpower effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
4–6 years of experience in interior finishing or fit-out projects.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and site management tools.
