Job Description
- Lead and supervise the planning team to ensure project schedules are developed and maintained accurately.
- Review baseline programs, updates, and recovery schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure alignment between the schedule and actual progress.
- Analyze project delays and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for senior management.
- Monitor resource allocation and productivity trends across projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or related field).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A strong background in construction project planning is a must.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- PMP or PSP certification is a plus.
